An omelet is filled and folded, scrambled eggs are cooked 'slow and low' and intermittently 'scrambled' (scraped from skillet) allowing the more liquid eggs to come into contact with the skillet until desired doneness is reached. Omelette is fried egg on a pan with oil or butter.
